I've (finally) completed the Jacksonville Jaguars game on DVD. While the outcome of the game wasn't what we had hoped, it was the annual TBD Tailgate and was the season opener for the 2004 season. We got to see McGahee's first regular-season carries in the NFL and Lee Evan's first receptions (plus the faces that post on the board).
The DVD includes the game, the DirecTV highlights for the game, as well as DirecTV highlights from the Titans/Dolphins game (at least there's some good news!
I've finished the Bills/Vikings game from 2002 as well. This is my first attempt at full-motion menus, so let me know what you think. I have some ideas to improve it in the future, but I think it's pretty cool for a first attempt.
As always, I only charge for the cost of the disk, holder, and shipping. This comes out to $2/game + $4 shipping. I can now ship 8 games in one package, so buying 6 games would cost $16. Buying 8 games would cost $20. Buying 10 would, unfortunately, cost $28 ($8 for shipping two packages). Tips are greatly appreciated, but not required (keep in mind that it takes roughly 10 minutes to burn each disk, so if you request 8 games, I'm spending 80 minutes to make them for you)

Still working on other projects, and I'll post (or change this post) when more games become available.
I'd like to remind people that burned CDs and DVDs are NOT going to last forever. The process burns a dye in the disk to simulate the physical bumps that are in a regular CD/DVD. The dyes can breakdown, making the DVD unplayable. So far, I've only heard from 3 people having any problems (and I've sent out well over 250 disks since 10/2003), so that's good. But I highly recommend people making backups on their harddrives if they want to make sure the disk doesn't die. All you have to do is put it in your DVD-ROM drive, and drag and drop the whole thing to a folder on your computer. There's no copy protection like on real DVDs, so it's easy and only takes about 4.4G of space on your harddrive. Something to keep in mind.

If anyone's interested, let me know via email or PM.
EDIT: Please note that almost all of my DVDs have an 'extras' directory that you can see if you open it up on your PC. I put things like pictures from the game, box scores, play by play, and other interesting "goodies" there. So if you have a computer, pop the disk in and take a look. You might have to put the disk in, right click on the DVD icon and click "explore" to see it, since a lot of people probably have auto-play turned on.
EDIT 9/16/05: Since I get this question a lot, I'll explain how I make the DVDs so you can do it too!
First, I record the game on my TiVo. From there, I record it to DVD using a set-top DVD recorder. I use the high-quality setting, putting one half per disk. I then use SmartRipper to extract the files into their elementary streams (m2v and ac3). Next, I import those files into a program called "Cuttermaran" (Free!) to snip out the commercials. The resulting file loses NO picture quality (unlike the process I used last year). Once the commercials are cut, I use Ulead DVD Workshop 2 to create the DVD menu, chapter points, motion menus, etc. Burn them to DVD using Nero Burning ROM, and then send them out to people.
Let me know if there are any questions.
