Looks ok. Would prefer a better RB2, but I like that you didn't panic/reach for one when the guy you wanted in the 4th was taken and just took Holt - the likely best player instead.
Rice I think is a nice, late upside pick.
Though I like Schaub, I probably would've picked up another RB there because one of the luxuaries of having a top 4 QB is playing him every week and not really worrying too much about the backup, so you can settle on a Jason Campbell or whatever.

Thank God you didn't get Bush. Holt/Graham is much better.
