You can get the roster update using xbox live silver (the free one). Can you hook up your xbox to the internet temporarily and grab the update?

I'm waiting for a good Madden and hoping it's at least better than '07. The loss of competition is killing any chances of a quality NFL video game.
I think its pretty good. It's a step up from 07 IMO.
