The player is facing felony assault charges. Goodbye career. After watching the video, i dont even understand why he threw the ball. First off, the situation wasnt that bad yet, and secondly, be a damn man and if you fight, throw a punch, not a ball.

Really...the fan that got thwacked is OK (I figure a 10K go-away settlement), but this idiot player branded himself as a loose cannon.

I wouldn't settle for a 10K go-away anything. I'd tell him to piss off until the offer hit six figures.

Several hit batsmen...a player fires one into the stands and beans a fan (player was arrested).
Really liked this part: But almost an hour after the brawl, which lasted about 10 minutes, all of the ejections were reversed by the Midwest League.
The reversal came after the Reds and Cubs — parent teams of the Dayton Dragons and Peoria Chiefs — indicated they didn't want pitchers playing in the outfield, which is what each team would have needed in two spots.
The league should have told the teams to piss off and given both teams a forfeit loss.
Really, this whole thing couldn't have turned out handled worse if the WWE was writing the script.
