Well...an American humor author, H. Allen Smith, wrote a book titled Don't Get Perconal with a Chicken (1959). I have a copy of it.

It's a collection of witticisms and wisdom from children - akin to Art Linkletter's Kids Say the Darndest Things publication (and TV show of the same name). That shows' theme was resurrected by Bill Cosby years later.
