Hey, I created a code that calculates future cap years figures. This code requires far less work from the team owner, and can be used from year to year.

I'm going to undertake the project of applying the current rosters to the spreadsheet. After I am done with this, I'll email each owner the spreadsheet (minus rookies). From here, you'll determine contract length, and the program will automatically update accordingly. The program does take into account of a 1 year deal having 20% higher salary than the year before. Also, when inputting in this year's free agents, put "Length of Contract" as 0 and "Years Left" as 1

I'm going try to get it done tonite, and emailed out to you all by tomorrow.

Its on the spreadsheet... Just a bunch of if, add, max, and multiply functions put together.

Ok I have just finished everyone's rosters. However, I used the lists on a different thread, and in many cases there are players missing as the rosters are not up to date.

I am emailing everyone with the emails on the spreadsheet, and you can take a look at what I did (Philly) to see some strategy as far as handling contracts. Also, there are a few teams that are over cap. And I have no idea how Rich has 70 players. blink.gif

Any other questions feel free to ask

Thanks for your efforts, justnzane. I will be finalizing the rosters on the spreadsheet this week. I am still not able to use the internet @ home, but I hope to rectify this problem in the next day or so. By week's end, all teams should be @ the 53 man limit, and I will be sending the updated spreadsheet to all owners via email.
