Oh I see what you're getting at. I'm having the same problems here trying to change it. It's just giving me the previous image that I had, only it's blurred. Here's what I want.

I like the first one the best, but I would be happy with the second one also. WHO DOESN'T LIKE A WALLACE AND GROMIT AVATAR. They're the best.

be patient. the image server is pointing to the wrong (old) location due to the way I did the upgrade. I have a support ticket in and it just may mean rebooting the server to get my directory name changes to sort themselves out.

Your avatars are making it to the right spot - it's just the script is looking in the wrong place for them.
