Man, they just don't stop. They got a good deal on him. I wouldn't expect them to pick up that option for next year but he's nice for a one year stint.

I'm suprised that the Angels didn't pick this guy up for another year. I wonder if they were upset about his production in key situations at the end of the year, or maybe they're really dedicated to their young players. Great pickup by the Blue Jays, who look like they want to compete with Boston and New York.

The Jays seem to be solid everywhere. The AL East will be very interesting this season. It should shape up as a 3 team race, and you can count on both the D-Rays and Orioles to end up spoiling one of the seasons of the top 3.
