I wanted to start a thread for those of us going to San Diego but NOT involved w/ the organized tailgate festivities (we decided to go well after registration had been closed).

My girlfriend and I will be arriving in San Diego on Thursday, Nov. 17 (2 weeks from today) and will be staying with a friend of her's about 20 miles north of the city. Not really sure what we intend to do until Sunday, but I definitely wouldn't mind putting some drinks back with some Bills fans sometime before gameday.

We will be staying until Monday night, when we'll be catching the red eye around 10:30 pm back to Indy. Should be home in Cincy about 10am on Tuesday morning.

I think you should head to Pacific Beach on Friday afternoon and Sat. and join in the dozens of fans that will be hanging around.

This time tomorrow, I'll be boarded on my plane and in route to Atlanta, where we connect to San Diego - perfect timing, now that winter has arrived in Ohio.
