All individuals who would like to have a refund for their unused tickets should follow this process:

1. Mail your unused tickets AND a self addressed stamped envelope to my home address. I am asking for the self addressed stamped envelop since I want to ensure that all refund checks get returned to the appropriate address.

2. If multiple refund checks are needed for members of your group, please provide a detailed note with full names and additional envelopes.

2. Please mail all your tickets to me by September 30, 2005. I will be processing and sending our request for refund to the Saints as soon as I return from the San Antonio game on October 3rd.

3. Refunds will be provided for the ticket price ONLY. I have also lost money on this effort and I can not refund any additional expenses.

4. I do not know how long it will take for the Saints to process our refunds. I will provide an occasional update on the TBD Tailgate Topic Board on any information that I receive.

5. Mail all unused tickets to the following address:
Eric Lewandowski
Attn: Buffalo Bills
1007 Coralberry Drive
Richmond, VA 23236

I want to thank everyone for their support during this tough time. I hope you feel that you were treated fairly and I look forward to trying to set up another event next year. I am thinking a road trip to Chicago might be a great idea.

If you have any questions related to the process, please PM me and I will try to help you out.

Best Regards,
Eric in VA

You already have my 3 tickets, do I still have to mail you just a self addressed stamped envelope?

Hey Eric,
I didn't get my tickets thru you but I truly understand how much work and extra effort you have put into this. I hope everyone else does as well. The people you have taken care of should all buy you a drink at the next event!! Chicago? Detroit? How about San Diego this year? Better yet, Detroit....THIS YEAR!!

If you initially purchased them from the Saints Ticket Office, then you did the right thing. It will probably take 6-8 weeks for them to process refunds.
