All individuals who have purchased tickets through me, please let me know your final say on what you are planning on doing for the Bills/Saints game. I would like to have responses from all people by end of day Wednesday.
Please tell me if you are planning on going to the game or not.
If you want a refund I will try to get it for you. No guarantees.
Possible Answers:
1. Hell Yeah!!! I'll be there!
2. No, sorry not this time. I would like a refund.
3. I have did not order tickets, but I would like to be placed on a waiting list to receive tickets from people who can't go.

Also, Paul from Canada gave me his two tix at the game on Saturday and says he would like them to be exchanged as well - he will be coming to SA. His tix are 645/28/4&5 from your group purchase.

Hey Eric,
I have 40 tickets i did not purchase thru you. section 614. I noticed you have some that want to be on a waiting list and some that want a refund. If youre waiting list is bigger than your refund list, i can help you out. i plan on sending them back to the Saints for refund in about a week. Face value only for bill's fans of course. Please no individual requests for tickets. Too confusing for me and might end up screwing Eric who has worked is a** of to coordinate this for the rest of you. mick799@aol.com

Eric, I ordered 13 tickets, and unfortunately, none of the people in my group are able to make the trip to San Antonio.
Thanks so much for all of your hard work. I'm SO sorry that I am not going to meet you and everyone else who was/is planning on going to this game.

I, as you know, bought it with Jay. Unfortunately I choose US Air and they are very unreasonable on how they are applying refunds (none, credit only, we got your money and are keeping it). San Antonio is very expensive right now to fly to - I think a lot of tickets are taken by refugees and refugee workers.
I am looking at Austin as an alternate (lower cost it appears) but it will take longer than today to make plans.

They should give you a refund. I got one thru USAir. They have cancelled most flights that weekend to New Orleans so they have to refund it.

Here's the info from the Saints:
Ticket refund requests will also be accepted through
February 1, 2006. In order to receive a refund, the
ticket-holder must work through their original point of
purchase. For tickets purchased through Ticketmaster,
ticket-holders should call 800-877-0898. All return requests
of the Saints should be sent in writing to:

I do not know the exact process yet. I do not know if I am the original point of sale or if you will be able to send the tickets in yourself. When I speak to the ticket office later today I will ask about the exact process and pass it along to all ticket holders. Sorry about the confusion. I will help however I can.

They also told me to simply return them to the address they provided with all purchase information included and a refund will be granted. My guess is they want only the purchaser to return the tickets to minimize fraud etc.

He already contacted everyone that bought tix through him to return them by express mail so he can get them back quickly to the ticket office for exchanges. If you haven't heard from him perhaps he can't contact you. Suggest you PM him and identify yourself.
