Body For Life, if you've heard of it.
Lift weights 3 days a week Aerobics 3 days a week. Much better and more structured eating habits.
It's a pretty consuming program, but once I started I never looked back. I've lost at least 2 pounds a week since I started and that's with added muscle from lifting 3 times a week.
7 and a half weeks to go!

The hardest part of it is the fact that it's basically a WHOLE FOOD diet.
Meaning, most processed foods are out.
In today's world where time is in short supply, it's not all that practical. I'm following Talonz's program. Eating smaller portions of everything, more fruit and veggies and running.

I got their about 6 years ago, but I was busting my ass at work. (Un)Fortunately, I worked my way up to an office job and now instead of busting my ass, I'm sitting on it. I dropped 10 last year for my wedding, after putting on 40 the prior 5 years.

want a tip. change your whole routine. don't make your body get used to your workouts. if you're biking 1 hour a day, go for a jog instead. If you're doing regular push-ups, switch to either biometric or chinese push ups.
where i do classes, we have like 5 different instructors and each one has a different routine. it's gotten to the point where i still come out of each class sweating like it's my first class. I'm finally starting to get into top shape.
